Location for music video wanted - London

Am trying to find a space for a music video to be shot in January - there is a limited budget, but would make sure you are well looked after for it. We need a space (garage, shed, wall, room, garden, etc etc) which would be OK to throw paint around in! I know its alot to ask, but it is important that it can be effectively trashed for the shoot. (Would be good for maybe someone about to redecorate, or a derelict place, or just somewhere which is no longer in use).

The video is for an experienced singer in support for her first single off her 3rd studio album.

Any help anyone can provide would be really appreciated!
