Large house needed for Film Location London

We are looking for a large suburban house with sizable kitchen, garden and loft space to use as location for a low budget short film.

We can offer £100 per day as payment for use of the property.

The film will be submitted to festivals both nationally and internationally.

Our filming dates are not yet confirmed and we can be flexible to the owners requirements, but we are looking to film over a weekend for two whole days (8 hour days aprox).

We will want to film in the garden, kitchen and loft (and landing space). All locations need to be of a reasonable size to film in and the loft needs to be safe to access with a sturdy floor (a utility space or attic conversion).

We will have a crew of 8 people and a cast of 2.

The film is call 'Hustle' (working title) and tells the tale of a dear old lady who is targeted by a rough trader. In an unexpected turn of events it is revealed that the old lady has her own dark, hidden agenda and gives the rough trader his comeuppance.
