HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHICH OIL YOU SHOULD USE FOR COOKING AND WHICH YOU SHOULD SAVE FOR YOUR SALAD?

Well, the BBC wants to find out! So we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to take part in a special experiment to be featured in the BBC 2 health series.

Presented by Michael Mosley, Chris van Tulleken, Gabriel Weston and Saleyha Ahsan, the series aims to go behind the headlines and present viewers with the latest health science.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

On Wednesday the 22nd of April we will be filming in and around Leicester and we would want to film you cooking a range of different oils in your own home. We will then send the samples off to be analysed by De Montfort University to see if any harmful products are created during this cooking process. We would only need to film with you for an hour or two.

Ideally, we would like to film in a few houses in the same area so if you want to get your neighbours and family involved, please spread the word.
