2 Bedroom Flat needed for one week film shoot

Our budget is £150 p/d = £1050 p/w max. And we would be willing to put residences up in a good hotel for the week. The landlord would have to be comfortable with a crew of 10/15 plus 3 actors filming there (where a deposit can be negotiated and an arrangement to leave it as we found it) and preferably the location would have near by parking, but not essential.

WHAT WE WANT: Erica's double flat: We need room for an office area, good quality kitchen- preferably dark wood and fully tiled bathroom with bath. Clean lines not fussy or very homely - think show flat/hotel. Also we need a decent sofa ideally black or brown and would prefer high ceilings. Attached are some examples.
