2-3 bedroom student flat wanted - film location

Looking for a spacious 2-3 bedroom apartment for a low budget short film, shooting 24th November - 2nd December. The flat should have a living room of around 18 * 18 feet, or more, and should be within a converted period building, eg a typical Victorian or Edwardian terrace, or a modern council estate. Most importantly, the flat needs to look like a very low rent flat, complete with patterned or worn carpets, and if furnished, with very inexpensive furniture. In need of redecoration is exactly what we're looking for!

We’ll need the location for filming from 24th November - 2nd December, and we may need the flat just for a couple of days in advance of that to prep for the shoot. We’ll be shooting 12hours a day and have a total of £350 in our budget for a location fee. As long as the flat is fairly accessible by tube, we have no preferences as to where it's located in London. The crew are all very professional and responsible film-makers, who'll look after your home as their own.
