house needed for a short film shoot

A sizeable house (2 or 3 bedroom) or ground floor/basement flat is needed for bedroom, kitchen and front door scenes for a student short film.Im the location manager for the short film which is titled "Disappearing Act". It's a story of a boy with an obsessive (and ultimately unhealthy) interest in invisibility performance acts.

The location of the house should be in the London metropolitan area (Preferably west or south west).
