Flat Needed For Low Budget Film Location

We are looking for a location to shoot a low budget feature film, Dolls Can’t Cry. Nearly all the filming takes place during the daytime and we will be working with a small cast and crew with no loud noises or special effects.Most of the story is set in the interior world of the protagonist who never goes outside until the very end of the story.
We have several options for location:
1. A flat with a kitchen that has a window with a view to the outside and is large enough to seat four people around a small dining table, plus two other average-sized rooms. Unfurnished or part furnished would be best.
2. An unused building or commercial space where we could create room sets.
3. The kitchen from 1, plus two other rooms or an empty space for making sets. Apart from the kitchen, we don’t require any natural light.
The condition of the properties is not important. A block style or estate building would be ideal but we will consider any style of property. We need somewhere relatively quiet – not on a busy road unless there is good sound insulation.
Additional Casting Information
We need the property from 15th/16th February to 17th March (one week to dress the sets and three weeks shooting)Our location budget is up to £1500 for a flat where we would need to do minimal work or up to £800 for a commercial/unused property where we would have to construct sets.
