House Needed For 3 Day Film Shoot

I'm Helen Langston, a production manager at Black light Productions, currently about to begin shooting a feature film in london. We are looking for a 2 bed or more house with door onto the street, kitchen, lounge and staircase up to bedrooms to shoot a few scenes in. We would need one day prep, and a full 12 hours to shoot, plus possibly a few hours on another day for exteriors. We can offer a small fee of £150 as this is a low budget feature and we are relying on the kindness of others.It is the second feature from local writer/director Mickael D'Nour, whose first film 'Highlight' was accepted at Cannes and currently has a distribution deal with Future films, (Planet 51, Cracks)
We don't mind if the house is presently occupied, but bear in mind we would need the house for 12 hours!
