‘Unwelcome’ – Feature shooting in September 2009Four friends travel abroad to renovate a remote house. Upon their outward journey they make friends with a fellow traveler and his timid girlfriend only to find them turning up at the house, uninvited!
All goes well at first as they enjoy the Continental sun until a drunken evening conversation turns bad and they see the true nature of their visitors. Unwilling to leave, events take a turn for the violent as the unwelcome guests generate a sublimely menacing atmosphere as events turn to kidnap and murder...
Shooting will commence in September.
Most of the filming will take place on Location in France, with a few days shooting in the UK and on a cross-channel ferry.

Additional Casting Information
Casting sessions will be held locally in Nuneaton, Warwickshire as well as the customary London auditions. The emphasis has been put onto obtaining talented local actors that might have reservations about travelling to London for audition after audition. Whilst Smith, the director, would like actors from the Midlands he realises that the majority of the talent pool will be based in the capital and doesn't want to miss out on potential stars of the future.3 weeks, starts 06/09/2009
