Does my child need a Child Performers License?
A Child Performers License is required for all children of 'compulsory school age'.
If your child is selected and booked for an assignment you will need a Child Performers License Application form.
You simply need to fill it in, sign it and take it to your Local Authority for their signature and approval and they will issue the licence to you direct.
It is a very easy and simple procedure to follow.
Essentially, your own County Council will advise you - best advice is to ask in the area you live. There will be someone at your Local Authority who presides over the issue of Child Performing Licenses and issue of them will be regulated by that authority.
