Before you to agree to a day, date, time, place and fee – and you can always say no!
We understand that being a filmextra may be a part time hobby and you have other full time commitments: work, studying, family etc., so it's quite possible an assignment offered may not fit your schedule, be convenient or appropriate.
However, once you have accepted an assignment and agreed all the clients terms and conditions including your fee and expenses, then you are definitely committed to being there.
The client is expecting you, and a lot of arrangements will have been made as a result of your acceptance and with the exception of extreme circumstances – you are bound to meet your commitment. Our reputation and yours depends on it!
