How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription with FilmExtras you will need to head over to PayPal and log in with the details you used when creating your subscription on the PayPal website - These may not be the same details you used to register your FilmExtras account.
When you have successfully logged into your PayPal account you should be greeted with the 'My Account Overview' screen, as displayed in the image to the right (click to enlarge).
From here, you need to click the 'All account activity' link, located in the 'Account history' box.
You should now be on the 'History' page. From here, select 'Subscriptions' in the drop-down box titled 'Show', and then enter a date range to narrow down your results. If you know when you created your subscription with FilmExtras, enter a date range that covers it - If you can't remember, it's a safe bet to enter the start date as 01/08/2008 - We launched FilmExtras in August 2008, so it wouldn't have been before then! You can enter today as the end date.
You should have at least one result returned, which should contain your FilmExtras subscription. Click the 'Details' link.
You should now be on the 'Subscription Details' screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the 'Cancel Subscription' button. You will be taken to another page to confirm your request to cancel the subscription, after which you will receive confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.
Please note, you will not receive any partial refund if you are part-way through your subscription period and that your account will automatically be downgraded when you cancel your subscription.
