RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication" - It's a web technology that is used for sharing content instantly and automatically.

Our RSS feed allows you to see when we have new casting calls and auditions posted on our website, as soon as its published, without having to actually visit the site.

In addition, if you run your own website, RSS allows you to display our latest casting calls and auditions on your own site.

How do I start using the FilmExtras RSS feed?

To utilise any RSS feed you'll need a piece of software called a "news reader", sometimes referred to as an "aggregator", which will check our feed periodically and let you know about any new casting calls and auditions that have been posted to FilmExtras.

There are many different news readers available, some in the form of software that you install on your computer, some are services offered online, most modern browsers such as FireFox 3, Safari 3 and Internet Explorer 7 have RSS readers built-in and there are even some applications popping up that you can install on your mobile phone!
