Tai Kick Boxing, at which I have a Green Belt;
Trained First Aider with my St John Ambulance Youth First Aider Award;
Duke of Edinburgh Award - I am a member of the Air Cadets and am working on my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award which I am to complete next year. I also do a lot of adventure training with the Air Cadets and have been flying, white water rafting, mountain biking and mountain walking.
Sailing - I have attained my Royal Yachting Association Level 2 in Dinghy Sailing.
